La Valentina Tortilleria started as Tortilleria Mexico in 2000 as a small factory in the heart of Kansas City, was Initially created to satisfy their own restaurant needs, but due to the high demand quickly became a provider for more businesses in the area, creating the necessity of improving equipment and location.

This is how Tortilleria Mexico became a grocery store to complement the market and started La Valentina Tortilleria in a different location with industrial machinery and expanding the range of their products.
 

It’s owner and funder Arturo Romo has been perfecting the tradition of making authentic tortillas that comes from generation to generation with the special family recipe, delivering now a fresh,   tasting, and soft tortilla at an industry level.
